<p>Ember Sword developer Bright Star Studios released Patch 4 for its ongoing beta test. This update combines fundamental changes with quality of life (QoL) upgrades, focusing on the PvP system, UI, and the overall gameplay experience.</p><p>Patch 4 removes the guesswork in Ember Sword's PvP experience as players entering PvP areas will now see a warning: "You drop some items upon death!" If you get outmaneuvered by an enemy player, each of your inventory slots has a 30% chance of dropping its contents, while equipment items have a 20% chance, with a maximum of two pieces dropping. Defeating Canavar became a more lucrative challenge too since taking down the boss yields multiple tier 3 potions with Patch 4.</p><p>Various Ember Sword bugs/glitches were fixed, and the invisible sinkholes in Millwheat were patched.
