<p>AlphaTON Capital has revealed plans to take control of GAMEE, a gaming platform owned by Animoca Brands with deep ties within the Telegram Web3 Gaming community.&nbsp;</p><p>AlphaTON and GAMEE have entered into a letter of intent, under which AlphaTON aims to acquire a 51 percent equity stake in GAMEE, announced during Token2049 Singapore. The deal also includes the majority holdings of its GMEE and WAT tokens currently held in GAMEE’s treasury.
